Mission workers often suffer from massive amounts of long-term stress, leading to poor mental, spiritual and physical health. How can we understand ourselves better, and learn how to become less stressed? What techniques can we adopt to live more slowly and sustainably in a high-pressure world?
In this retreat, short periods of worship and teaching will be interspersed with times of individual prayer listening to what God has to say to us as we find out how to manage our inner stress better. Led by Tim Herbert.
