The COACH Model for Christian Leaders

In the new revised & expanded edition of the best-selling book, The COACH Model® for Christian Leaders, leadership expert, Dr. Keith Webb, teaches Christian leaders how to create powerful conversations to assist others to solve their own problems, reach goals, and develop your own leadership skills in the process.

The COACH Model® is a radically different approach to leading people. Rather than provide answers, ask questions to draw out what God has already put into others.

Learn how to:

  • Solve problems without having all the answers.
  • Help others take responsibility for themselves.
  • Ask powerful questions that stimulate creative thinking.
  • Empower others with a less directive style.
  • Create laser focus on what’s most important.
  • Support others to take forward-moving action.

Based on first-hand experience and taught around the world, The COACH Model® for Christian Leaders is packed with stories and illustrations that bring the principles and practices to life to transform your conversations into powerful results.

This new, revised and expanded edition incorporates newer, more effective ways of teaching the content. Each chapter focusing on integrating coaching skills into day-to-day leadership roles has been expanded. Overall, there is 21% more text than the previous edition.

Working from a Place of Rest

WfaporWorking from a Place of Rest is written with those involved in full-time ministry in mind, whether at home or in a cross-cultural context. It looks at the story of Jesus and the Samaritan villagers in John 4, and uses his example as a pattern for sustaining ministry in the frantic world of the twenty first century.
